A lot going on this week — new stock coming in, new products going out to Fanatics, and some cool wins from other sellers on Whatnot. Let’s get into it.

Wacky Packages ANS2 — Sealed Retail Box

We picked up a sealed Topps Wacky Packages All-New Series 2 (ANS2) retail box at a great price and couldn’t pass it up.

If you’re not familiar, Wacky Packages are Topps sticker trading cards that parody real consumer products — they’ve been around since the 1960s and have a dedicated collector following. This ANS2 box is from 2005 and it’s still factory sealed. If you want to start collecting, you can find Wacky Packages on eBay or browse sealed Topps boxes.

We’re figuring out the best way to break this one open. One idea is pairing it with a hobby box for a combo break on stream — Wacky Packages plus something else to keep things interesting. Another option is just ripping packs live and letting the chat ride along with each pull. Either way, this is going to be a fun one when it hits the stream.

We’ve also been picking up kids blaster boxes to add to the growing sealed collection. The goal is to build up enough unopened product to start doing regular live breaks — cracking boxes on stream with the audience.

Fanatics License Update — New Samples Sent

If you’ve been following along, you know we’ve been pursuing a Fanatics license and have been producing sample products on our Glowforge Pro. We had our meeting with them earlier this month, and now we’re in the follow-up phase — sending more samples and refining what we can produce.

This week we sent a new batch of pieces to our contact at Fanatics, including some major upgrades from what we showed last time.

Slimin’ Simon — Our Custom GPK Design

The big one is Slimin’ Simon — a Garbage Pail Kids character that we designed ourselves. We created the artwork, vectorized it, and laser-engraved it onto black acrylic as a full-sized sticker with holographic TechBinBytes branding and packaging.

We branded it as if it were an official Fanatics product and sent it over in yesterday’s email. The idea is to show them that we’re not just cutting existing artwork — we can design original characters and produce finished, retail-ready products in-house.

Mars Attacks & Picky Pedro Mini Cards

We also produced laser-engraved mini trading cards on black acrylic — a Mars Attacks alien character and a Picky Pedro Garbage Pail Kids card. These are about the size of a quarter and the detail is sharp.

Full Sample Lineup

Here’s the full spread of what we sent — the Slimin’ Simon packaged sticker, a laser-cut GPK logo banner piece, and the Picky Pedro card:

And here’s the production side — laser-cut Topps and GPK logos in two-tone wood, a GPK wood card stand, and a TechBinBytes branded fluorescent pink acrylic card stand:

Every piece was designed, cut, and packaged in-house. The wood pieces are two-tone walnut veneer with laser engraving, and the acrylic pieces range from black mirror to fluorescent pink. We’re showing Fanatics the full range of what we can produce — from display accessories to collectible art pieces to retail-packaged stickers.

Autographed Wins from lorenzobrics

On top of the new stock and samples, we picked up some really cool autographed items from lorenzobrics on Whatnot. If you haven’t checked out their shows, they run solid streams with authenticated memorabilia. We came away with some great signed pieces that we’re excited about.

Shoutout to lorenzobrics for running a great stream — if you’re into autographed collectibles, go give them a follow.

What’s Next

Between the Wacky Packages break planning, the Fanatics follow-up with new samples, blaster boxes stacking up for live breaks, and autographed pickups — the next few shows are going to have a ton of variety. We’re also still building out custom merch with DTF transfers and expanding across multiple sales channels.

Follow us on Whatnot so you don’t miss the next stream.
