Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the TechBinBytes website at techbinbytes.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

Description of Service

TechBinBytes operates a website that showcases collectible items, provides blog content, and directs users to our live shopping shows on the Whatnot platform. We also offer custom laser cutting and engraving services.

Our Site is primarily informational. Actual purchases of collectible items occur through the Whatnot platform and are governed by Whatnot's own terms of service.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Site without our written permission

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. Product images depicting third-party brands (such as Garbage Pail Kids, Sanrio, Pop Mart, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners.

  • Whatnot — where we conduct live sales

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Your interactions with third-party platforms are governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Purchases and Transactions

All purchases of collectible items are conducted through the Whatnot platform. TechBinBytes is not a party to transactions on Whatnot and is not responsible for:

  • Payment processing on Whatnot
  • Whatnot's buyer/seller protection policies
  • Disputes arising from Whatnot transactions

For custom laser work orders, pricing and terms will be agreed upon directly between you and TechBinBytes before any work begins.

We make every effort to accurately describe items and their condition. However:

  • Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes and may not be exhaustive
  • Colors may appear differently on different screens
  • Prices shown during live shows on Whatnot are subject to change
  • Product availability is not guaranteed
